An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Recruiting Officer in People & Organisational Development.

What you will be doing?

To support the Senior Manager for Recruitment, Selection & Apprenticeships, and drive recruitment campaigns in line with workforce plans. Providing advice and guidance to line managers and applicants in relation to recruitment policies and procedures in relation to police officers (including promotion processes), police staff, agency staff, special constabulary, apprentices, interns, and volunteers.
