Ross & Liddell are looking for a Receptionist to join their busy Edinburgh Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
- Operating a busy switchboard which covers our Glasgow and Edinburgh Offices;
- Directing calls to the correct department, by introducing the callers and taking messages as required;
- Being the first point of contact within our Edinburgh Office, for all visitors;
- Dealing with in-person enquiries from clients and contractors;
- Issuing keys to contractors, as required;
- liaising with Property Managers as required;
- Processing Invoices;
- General administration tasks, as and when required within the team;
Candidates should possess:-
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong organisations skills;
- An understanding of Microsoft Packages;
- Previous experience of operating a busy switchboard
Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
A smart appearance is essential. Uniform will be provided.
Full training will be provided.
This role is based within the office Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm.
