About Us
At Northcote Chiropractic Clinic, we’re a family-focused practice dedicated to helping people of all ages—from infants to seniors—achieve better health and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on our warm, welcoming environment and are looking for a friendly, organised Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
The Role
This is a people-centred role where you’ll create a positive first impression for our patients while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy working with people (including families and children), are highly organised, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern - 29.5 Hours/Week
- Monday: 3–8pm
- Tuesday: 7:15–12:15pm
- Wednesday: 8:30–5pm
- Thursday: 2–8pm
- Friday: 7:15–12:15pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a professional, caring environment.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments (via Practice Hub).
- Keep reception and treatment rooms organised and presentable.
- Process payments and support patients with account queries.
- Assist with admin tasks (filing, scanning, inventory, correspondence).
- Support chiropractors with patient care, records, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist/administration experience (healthcare or family-focused environment is a plus).
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Apple software; knowledge of Practice Hub desirable.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
