Premier Garage Services is small reputable garage in Hazel Grove.
We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience ideally within the motor trade.
This role requires an administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a host personality to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with any questions they have
- Responsible for keeping a friendly and efficient reception desk
- Answering calls/email enquiries
- Providing quotes and booking in work
- Ordering parts and organising stock
- Finalising Invoices and taking payments
- Filing paperwork General cleaning of the reception area
- Collecting and returning customers vehicle's to their home/work address
**Valid drivers licence required**
