We have recently moved into a purpose built 1.5 acre site in Mareham le Fen, previously occupied by a JCB/New Holland Main Dealer for 20+ years and before them a Talbot/Peugeot Main Dealer for even longer!. Mareham le Fen is a beautiful village that has won the 'Best Kept Village' award 7 times previously and is mentioned in the Domesday book of 1086. We are located around 6 miles South of Horncastle and 12 miles from Boston.
Summary
We are seeking a friendly and experienced full time Receptionist to join our small team at Dragonville Leisure. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at our new site and providing exceptional customer service to our clients visiting for their leisure vehicle needs. We are open Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 16.30. You will be working Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 (40hr week) with no weekends required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and chat with customers as they arrive at the site, some of them will have travelled quite a distance to come and view a specific vehicle. You will probably be the first member of staff that these customers meet and will need to make a great impression and make them feel 'at home'.
- Manage phone calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide assistance and support to our Sales Executive and Company Buyer
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised reception area and manage office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members for customer visits.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, typing, laminating, shredding, copying etc
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role dealing with customers face to face
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Very friendly with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Motor Trade experience would be an advantage
- Driving licence would be an advantage
