Our reception team is the first people that our guests meet, which means they get to make one of the biggest impressions. It doesn’t matter if they’re first time visitors or returning guests, you will charm them from the initial welcome to the "have a safe journey home". Guest facing/customer service experience is preferable.
At Front Office, we use Opera as our booking system, so you will need to be confident using computers and learning new procedures as well as taking payments, making bookings and dealing with existent ones.
This is a full time role working up to 40 hours per week over 5 days to include early shifts from 7AM - 3AM and late shifts from 3PM - 11PM, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
