Duties

- Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks including managing correspondence and emails.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support financial operations using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic accounting tasks.
Skills
- Previous beauty salon experience is essential for this role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Administrative experience with a focus on clerical duties is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry purposes.
