The Crown Hotel, Wetheral is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the front office team as a receptionist.
Located just outside of Carlisle, we are a 4 star hotel with 67 bedrooms and here at The Crown we put our guests at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for someone who really knows what good service looks like.
The ideal candidate must be able to work alone and as part of a team, have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Previous 4 star Hotel Experienced Preferred
- Greeting and Checking in Guests
- Answering the telephone
- Entering bookings into the booking system
- Checking emails
- Cash handling and balancing of the daily takings
- Administration
- Going that extra mile for our Guest's
- Highly organised and good attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
