Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Booking the recalls for medical reviews
- Booking patient transport
- Manage scheduling appointments efficiently using EMIS system .
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Any other task given by the management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- EMIS system experience
