- Monday: 07:45 – 18:15
- Tuesday – Thursday: 07:45 – 17:15
- Friday: 07:45 – 15:15
- Saturday: 07:45 – 13:15 (once a month, if required)

Perfect Smile Bracknell is a well-established mixed NHS and private dental clinic known for its professional and patient-focused approach. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
About the Role
As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area, appointment scheduling, and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a 5-star front-of-house experience for all patients
- Greet and check in patients efficiently and warmly
- Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Book, reschedule, and manage appointments using dental practice software
- Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date
- Take payments and manage invoicing with accuracy
- Liaise with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Support compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and confidentiality protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental background
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manners
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competent with dental software systems
- Proficient in IT, including use of email, calendars, and basic office software
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach
