Mosh nightclub is Leicester city centre's favourite spot for two great nights of amazing alternative and commercial music each week! It's a great place to work and we're looking for new Receptionists who love working in the music scene as much as we do!
Our Receptionists provide a friendly face in a fast-paced environment, taking admission payments from the thousands of customers entering the venue each week. Their main duties include:
- Welcoming customers to the venue
- Taking admission payment in a card-only environment
- Keeping the flow of customers moving swiftly and efficiently
- Communicating and co-ordinating with the security team to report and resolve any and all issues.
Qualities the ideal candidate would possess:
- Confident, assertive and friendly
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused
- Adaptable to change
- Calm, focused and positive under all circumstances
- Experience as a cashier or events steward would be preferable but not necessary - full training will be provided.

We're seeking people who can commit to being available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including Friday and Saturday nights. Ideally you'll need to live close by or have transport so you can get to and from the club at unsociable hours.
- You must be 18+ to serve alcohol unsupervised
- The club's standard opening hours are 11pm-3:30am on Fridays & Saturdays
- We also open for bank holidays and special occasions (such as New Year's Eve) so you will be expected to be available for these too.
