Receptionist
Hetland Hall Hotel
Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
We are looking for a Receptionist at Hetland Hall Hotel. The role itself is the first point of contact for guests arriving to the hotel so ensuring they receive a a warm welcome is key. You will also be tasked with checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling and answering any guests queries face to face or over the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests at reception, ensuring a welcome atmosphere
- Answering the phone to prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
- Managing the hotel booking system, checking guests in and out, taking payments
- Working in collaboration with other departments and managers to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience for guests
What you’ll need:
- Previous customer service or reception experience will be beneficial
- Excellent Communications skills both oral and written
- Professionally presented
- Strong I.T. skills
- Drivers Licence preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.56 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
