Receptionist - Part time - Totton
20 hours per week - Two days midweek, 9am-1pm on Saturdays
£12.51 per hour
We are looking for a receptionist in our Totton office to meet and greet all new and prospective clients as they come through the door
You will be a great people person with a positive and welcoming attitude, that contributes to the success of our Totton retail location as a destination of choice for financial advice in the local area.
Role activities include:
- Be the first port of call to our existing and potential new clients within our Totton retail location.
- Meet and greet clients and new potential prospects
- Provide refreshments for meetings.
- Ensure the main reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, presentable and a welcoming environment.
- Ensuring clients and prospects leave happy having received a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer the telephone, dealing with existing client calls for onward transfer or deal with new enquiries.
- Book meetings and diary management.
- Order resources and literature.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a rota system in the office.
- Support as and when required on wider business objectives.
Knowledge and skills needed to perform the role:
- Great communication skills – can engage with members of the public, capturing their attention and interest within moments of meeting.
- Have a professional and welcoming telephone manner.
- Have experience in diary management.
- Be a competent user of MS Office.
- Ability to prioritise a range of duties.
- Willing and proactive in learning what we offer at Eight to understand how best we can help people.
