Do you have confidence using IT systems (MS Outlook) and working with customers/members of the public? If so, we have a vacancy for a part time temporary receptionist/ administrator to work as part of our Patient Services team.
Park Medical Practice is a busy GP Practice located in Shepton Mallet, with a branch Practice in Evercreech.
The demand for our services is high so there is never a quiet day. This is a front-line role and as such our Receptionist use our various IT systems to navigate patients through our GP service, support the clinical team and interpret patient needs. The role involves interaction with patients online, by telephone or face-to-face. To be successful in this role there is a requirement for you to be resilient and organised with some experience of working with the public in a professional capacity as well as confidence with IT systems. Training will be provided.
The administrator part of this role will include processing documents as part of our Workflow team and processing patient registrations. This role ensures that patient data is accurately processed and managed, enabling efficient patient care and compliance with NHS standards. You will need to use a variety of systems to support you with this role and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
