As we expand our business, Roomsbooked Ltd we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our amazing reception team in Cheltenham. You will work at our hotel Central Hotel Cheltenham and may be required at our sister hotels in Gloucester; Central Hotel Gloucester, The Oakwood Hotel, The New Inn Hotel & New County Hotel
Shifts: 32 HOURS PER WEEK ( 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am ) 4/7 days a week.
( WEEKENDS INCLUDED )
** We are unable to offer set shifts and or days on / off **
The ideal candidate will be:

Reception:
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent timekeeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Experience: The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft and Gmail.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
