Title : Receptionist/Administration
Based at: Sub-4 Clinic, Leek, Staffordshire & our Barlaston Clinic 2-days.
Job Purpose: To work in a busy reception area, dealing with clients and booking clients onto a diary system. Also general admin, and some sales will be required.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Dealing with patients either telephone or face to face, booking appointments and answering general questions in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Using a booking in system to generate appointments for patient.
3. Keeping accurate records of client information.
4. General admin duties which may include sending letters, emails and invoices. Also posting out items in a timely manner.
5. Close working and communication with Sub-4 clinicians.
6. Coordinating the practice management system.
7. Cash and credit card handling, ensuring the correct payment is taken, and that all amounts balance at the end of the working day.
8. Being able to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
