As a rapid response Health Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing short and long term care to help our service users back on their feet, on their return home from hospital or just a help and hand to support and assist to ensure they can remain in their own home as safe and for as long as possible.

Your Role
What does being a rapid response Health Care Assistant involve?
You will be required to go to client’s homes to carry out our care and support service by following a specific care plan. To include the following:
- Committed & reliable
- Cover emergency care calls
- Participate in weekly PPE deliveries (collection points to be arranged by management)
- Holiday Cover

- On call agreed with senior /management (per rota basis)

Requirements :
- Previous experience of delivering Care Services ( Desirable not essential )
- Be flexible
- Driver with access to a vehicle
