You will need to be available to access the helpline c3/4 times per day during the week you are on-call. You will also need to be available in person on Thursday evenings for hand-over and training.
All volunteers must complete our initial 11 week specialist training. You will then receive helpline specific training and be supported and supervised through the induction and during your volunteering.
