Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage and grow the EAME sales pipeline for Mars, Inc. across Flavors, Ingredients, and Biotech.
- Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers across Mars’ divisions.
- Develop and execute regional account strategies aligned with global goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead proactive development efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Represent EAME in global account planning and reporting.
- Track KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 8–12+ years in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in flavor, ingredients, or biotech.
- Proven success in both farming and hunting roles within complex organizations.
- Experience managing regional/global accounts, preferably with Mars or similar CPG clients.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across diverse teams.
- Highly organized with excellent documentation and follow-up habits.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EAME region.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools.
- Multilingual or culturally fluent across EAME markets is a plus.
