About You

We would love to hear from you if you are organised, detail-focused and ready to contribute to a meaningful mission. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Admin experience, ideally in education or training environments
  • Strong IT and data-handling skills (spreadsheets, databases, online platforms)
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Level 3 Business Admin and Level 2 English/Maths qualifications (desirable)
  • Multitasker and able to manage workload

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our small, friendly team. If you are organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support across audits, reporting and the quality cycle
  • Coordinate exams and manage the Education awarding body requirements
  • Maintain accurate learner records, registrations and results
  • Support internal reviews, external quality visits and data entry
  • Handling financial admin, including purchase orders and invoices

Safeguarding responsibilities: This role will involve daily contact with learners, and you will be engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and/or vulnerable adults for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact. The Charity’s Safeguarding Policy is available from Central YMCA website.
