We are seeking passionate ESOL specialists to support the development of engaging, inclusive, and effective resources that help learners with English as an additional language succeed in their vocational qualifications. This is a contracted, flexible role, ideal for individuals who want to apply their expertise alongside their current job.

- ESOL Resource Developers
Principal responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team to design ESOL support content for existing qualifications.
- Develop accessible and inclusive teaching and learning resources.
- Participate in training to support your role.
- Work to agreed timelines and deliver high-quality content.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent English language and written communication skills.
- A relevant qualification in ESOL or a related field.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- No conflicts of interest related to this role.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in ESOL qualification or resource development.
- Background in vocational education or training.
