We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT outsourcing, managed services provider, or cloud computing industries and a clear understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and cloud services
  • A strong understanding of international data privacy and cybersecurity law and regulations, including EU requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act), US requirements (e.g., federal and state security, privacy, AI and supply chain management laws and federal and state laws applicable to financial services entities) and similar laws and frameworks outside the EU and the US
  • Experience developing and negotiating security, privacy, data governance, AI, and supply chain management terms in commercial agreements, from the perspective of a data controller, data processor, procurer of products and services, and partner ecosystems
  • Experience performing privacy and other risk assessments, including an understanding of associated technologies and offerings
  • Strong written and oral communication, analytic and project management skills
  • Manage and lead multi-stakeholder project teams and provide proactive advice in a creative and business-centric way
