About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pumpkin Patch Team Members to join our seasonal team!
As a member of our patch crew, you will help create a memorable experience for visitors by ensuring the pumpkin patch is replenished, organized, and looking its best- You’ll maintain displays, assist with retail sales, and provide excellent customer service with a focus on upselling seasonal products.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish and restock pumpkins and seasonal products throughout the patch.
Maintain display standards to ensure all areas look neat, appealing, and untouched.
Monitor customer interactions with displays, kindly reminding guests of display guidelines when needed.
Assist in retail sales areas, including taking payments, restocking shelves, and tidying displays.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
Proactively upsell products and seasonal items to boost sales.
Support the team in keeping the pumpkin patch and surrounding areas clean, safe, and inviting.
Qualifications
Previous retail, customer service, or seasonal event experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate physical tasks (lifting, carrying, bending).
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Run- 24th September to 2nd November (Training days 24th/25th September)
