We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific therapeutic objectives.
- Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and any changes in treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilise IT systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychotherapy and mental health care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for clients.
Experience
- A relevant qualification in psychotherapy or counselling is essential.
- Professional membership with a recognised body (e.g. UKCP or BACP)
- Proven experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and effectively conveying therapeutic concepts.
- Familiarity with developing care plans and implementing therapeutic strategies is preferred.

Pay: £39,210.86-£49,831.15 per year
