Thrive Together Psychotherapy is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and advanced trainee psychotherapists to join our growing team in Weybridge. We work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, depression, high-functioning anxiety, emotional numbness, and relationship breakdowns.
We offer a flexible, low-commitment model designed to help you build your practice with support, while maintaining your clinical independence.
Model: Room Hire + Referral Support
This model is ideal for therapists seeking a professional base for private work, with access to high-quality referrals and optional admin support.
What’s included:
- Therapy room: £400/month for a 4-hour weekly slot (e.g., one afternoon per week)
- Introductory offer: £250 for your first month to get you started
- Optional referrals from Thrive: £120 per client (only payable if the client completes a free 2-hour consultation and signs up for ongoing therapy)
- Set your fees and retain 100% of your client income (minus referral fee if applicable)
- Optional access to Zanda Health platform and admin support for £100/month
- Therapist manages their contracts, diary, invoicing, and supervision
Earning Potential
If you charge £100–£120/session and see 4 clients per week in your 4-hour block, you can earn £1,600–£1,920/month, making this model both affordable and sustainable.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced trainees (post-diploma) or UKCP/BACP-registered psychotherapists or couples counsellor
- A relational, existential, or integrative approach to therapy
- Interest in long-term, in-depth client work
- Strong clinical responsibility, ethical awareness, and professional autonomy
- Desire to join a reflective and supportive therapeutic community
