We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to carry out cleaning and basic maintenance duties across a small number of properties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or property maintenance
- A valid driving licence (essential for travelling between sites)
- Some experience in gardening or outdoor maintenance is desirable
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Main Duties:
- Carry out regular cleaning of communal areas, hallways, and exterior spaces, jet washing.
- Undertake light gardening duties (e.g. weeding, sweeping, trimming)
- Monitor supply levels and report any property issues as needed
- Travel between properties as required

Pay: £13.85-£15.04 per hour
