Pay: £13.00 per hour + £0.45 per mile (increased to £15.00 per hour after probation)

We are seeking a reliable, proactive Site Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for checking cleaning sites, supporting cleaning staff, ensuring checklists are followed, and maintaining high standards across all properties. You will also assist with occasional linen drops and collections. This role is vital to supporting the manager and director in delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sites to check cleans are completed to company standards
- Support and advise cleaning staff where needed
- Ensure all checklists are followed and signed off properly
- Communicate effectively with the manager and director regarding any issues or improvements
- Occasionally deliver and collect linen to/from properties
- Assist the team during busy periods or cover absences
- Report maintenance issues or client concerns promptly

Duties
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
