Contracted hours: Full Time
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £24,000
Holidays: 20 + bank holidays
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Update and maintain bespoke databases
Communicating with Clients and Contractors, chasing up missing information
Reviewing data, investigating discrepancies, approving reports and invoices
Attend video calls on Teams or similar with clients and contractors
Produce reports and certificates in Word and Excel and issue
Other admin duties as required
Essential Experience
Confident outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Previous office and administration experience
Competent computer skills (Office) including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Numerical and literacy skills (GCSE Maths and English C or above)
Full training to be provided
