In the role of Program lead you’ll predominantly be based at the Taylor Hill Centre and your focus will be on delivering curriculum and production of resources, managing groups of learners, group leads and course leads as well as being course lead. You will also be responsible for standardisation and internal verification of assessments.
Your key responsibilities will be supporting curriculum, learners and tutors in managing successful achievements and progression.
Ideally, you’ll have at least a level 3 industry related qualification, a level 4 teaching qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience with 2 years industry experience and educational delivery to level 3 (preferably technical qualifications) It’s important that you’re able to effectively communicate wit tutors, learners and parents as well as monitor progress and manage interventions and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
