Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for managing a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of production operatives
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed
- Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance
- Conduct team briefings and support staff development
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Desirable
- Experience in plastics manufacturing or similar industry
- Ability to drive forklift truck

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 1pm Fridays)
Location
- Based at our Dudley site (easily accessible from surrounding areas)
