Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Linecross Composites. In this role, you will oversee production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with customer demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong using hand and power tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
