What you’ll do:
- Support the Senior Shift Leader in the daily running of the production hall.
- Ensure safe working practices are always followed, including permit to work, isolations and LOTOTO procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Lead, guide and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and challenging unsafe or incorrect behaviours.
- Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and support others.
- A safety-first mindset with knowledge of workplace H&S requirements.
- Basic IT computer skills.
- Organised, accurate, and resilient.
- A proactive approach and drive to achieve high standards.
