To support business performance and compliance, we are recruiting ambitious innovative Production and Hygiene Operatives to join our dedicated and inspirational team.

Vacancies

Production and Hygiene Operatives play a key role in supporting our customers in the manufacturing of our extensive nutraceutical product range.

The primary purpose of Production and Hygiene Operatives is to contribute to an effective manufacturing process through the correct operation of plant, systems, and processes to ensure we meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

In this role your day-to day duties will include a variety of tasks, including operating machinery, assembling products, and hygiene responsibilities to ensure that your working area meets the highest standards of food hygiene protocols to minimise risk to product contamination and maximise quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. Day-to-day duties can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

We are looking for pro-active and enthusiastic team players to join our forward thinking and dynamic team. Previous experience working with the nutraceutical industry or other regulated environments is desirable but not essential as significant training will be provided. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

Due to the nature of the working environment, training requirements & documentation controls, a functional understanding of verbal & written English is essential.
