Production Assistant (Full-time)
We are a small food company based in the UK, seeking proactive and responsible Production Assistants to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Supervisor in managing the production process to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in quality control to ensure products meet standards
- Support warehouse and supply chain management to ensure timely material supply
- Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning to maintain a hygienic work environment
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food production or relevant experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Fluent in English with the ability to read and write basic work documents
