Founded in 1999 SkillGate is a market leading eLearning business based in Heyshott (1.5 miles from Midhurst, 10 miles from Chichester, West Sussex).
We deliver excellent online training software and courses to hundreds of UK corporations and government authorities nationwide. We are looking for an ambitious Production Assistant to join our Training Content Production team 3 days a week in our Heyshott office.
Key Responsibilities:
SkillGate is looking for a new Production Assistant to join its busy content creation team. The primary responsibilities will be in assisting in the creation of new online courses for customers.
This is an important key role based on-site and full training will be provided. Specific activities will include:
- Using our bespoke SmartAuthor software to build new eLearning courses in collaboration with our course authors
- Editing existing eLearning courses as per instructions we receive
- Marking assignments submitted by delegates using existing templates
- Contributing to team creativity brainstorming sessions
- Completing other customer Service Requests as required
- Maintaining essential documents and ‘how to’ libraries
- Supporting the client management team on the telephone helpdesk

Pay: £12.50 per hour
