Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This is an administrative and organisational role, which spans the entire production process, from initial enquiry through to final project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support for the production teams.
- Managing day-to-day operations of our office.
- Ensuring the fast turnaround of projects, with accurate content and deadlines met.
- Assisting with pre-production and post-production processes.
- Managing and tracking media assets, footage, and drives.
- Adhering to project timelines and targets.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and support others.
- Reliability and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with production workflows and Microsoft software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
