Based in our Gateshead site, with the Corporate Department, our Product Support Representative’s provide support to customers for our Integrated Payments solutions. Our customers expect world class service and you’ll be part of a highly motivated team contently striving to achieve the highest results.
Our core hours are 8am-6pm and during this time you will be responsible for servicing our most valued customers through both telephone and case work, ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience.
What you’ll own as a Product Support Representative I
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with Worldpay clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
What you'll bring
- Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.
- Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- A background in customer support or technical support
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent communicator skills both oral and written communications skills .
- Creative and forward thinking with a good aptitude for problem solving.
It's a bonus if you have:
- Banking or Payments experience
- Knowledge of Worldpay products
