Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Training Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our innovative cosmetic treatments and exclusive skincare range, EP Skincare. You will be responsible for training practitioners across our UK branches—including Manchester, London, Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, and Leicester—on our skincare line, while also driving sales to clients in these clinics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Este Medical Group services and EP Skincare products.
- Travel across UK branches (Manchester, London, Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, Leicester) to deliver practitioner training on the EP Skincare range.
- Ensure all practitioners are confident and knowledgeable in product use and client recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales of EP Skincare products directly to clients within the clinics
Compensation & Benefits
- £1,500 per month base salary.
- Uncapped commission on all EP Skincare product sales.
- All travel expenses covered.
- Company car provided (for applicants with a valid driving licence).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, skincare, or cosmetic industry.
- Experience delivering training sessions or product demonstrations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK.
