About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Process Worker to join our busy dental laboratory team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in quality work, and is interested in the dental or healthcare manufacturing industry.
As a Process Worker, you will support the production of dental prosthetics and appliances by performing a variety of tasks such as casting, trimming, polishing, and general lab support. Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities for long-term career development within the lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of dental models and prosthetic components
- Perform basic laboratory tasks including pouring impressions, trimming models, and polishing appliances
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area and across the lab
- Follow health and safety procedures and ensure materials are handled correctly
- Support technicians and supervisors in meeting production targets and quality standards
- Accurately label and package cases for dispatch
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the lab
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small tools and delicate materials
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
- No previous dental experience required – full training provided
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or similar hands-on environments is a plus

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
