Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast & dinner and maintaining tidiness, cleanliness and orderliness within our Clients home.
This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness, housekeeping tasks and preparing meals.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
- Assist in food preparation and meal preparation as needed, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and ensuring all cooking equipment is properly sanitised.
- Organise cleaning supplies and ensure they are stored safely.
Experience
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
