Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical processes and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves trimming, assembling, and finishing products to meet high-quality standards. The Finisher will work in a warehouse environment and must be comfortable with heavy lifting as part of their daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate various hand tools and power tools to make and assemble finished jobs.
- A wide range fo finishes including lamination, trimming, stitching, wirebinding, hand finishing and many others
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a print finishing role is critical.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Proficiency in using hand finishing tools and finishing machinery safely and effectively.
- Ability to finishing printed items according to specifications and job bags.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
