We’re looking for a Principal Technologist to lead high-impact projects, mentor junior colleagues, and act as a trusted technical authority. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-disciplinary teams, taking projects from initial site review through to solution delivery.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive, technically exceptional professional who thrives on tackling challenges, sharing expertise, and representing Oil Plus in the client network.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newbury RG14: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Senior Production Chemist: 10 years (preferred)
- Oil and Gas: 10 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
