Job Description
About Us
We’re a 200+ strong agency driven by one belief: when truth is told well, it changes everything. That’s been our focus since 1912—and it’s just as relevant now.
Truth Well Told isn’t just a line. It’s how we make sure everyone here has a voice, a role to play, and the chance to make real impact—for our clients and culture alike.
You’ve probably seen our work: Snoop Dogg bringing joy to Just Eat, Kevin the Carrot changing how Aldi shows up in the world, L’Oréal reminding people they’re worth it, and Mastercard showing what ‘Priceless’ really means.
We’re proudly part of McCann Worldgroup, and we stand for Bravery, Integrity and Generosity.
About the Design Team
We’re a diverse team of designers with different specialisms—but one shared passion for craft, culture and creativity.
We’re constantly pushing ourselves and each other, challenging briefs, and elevating the work at every opportunity.
Design touches almost everything we do—from branding to big integrated campaigns. You’ll see our fingerprints on brands like Xbox, Just Eat, Dettol, Nurofen, and Mastercard.
We work closely with creatives, strategists, producers and the wider McCann network to bring the best ideas to life.
At McCann London, we believe in the power of presentation to transform ideas into unforgettable stories. We’re looking for a Creative Presentation Designer with exceptional technical mastery and an instinct for visual impact to join our team.
The Role
You’ll be our go-to expert in PowerPoint, able to turn complex concepts into clean, visually stunning decks that resonate with clients and colleagues alike. From managing file sizes with precision to crafting seamless transitions, you know every detail that makes a presentation sing. You’ll work across multiple projects, ensuring every piece is not only beautiful but built to the highest functional standard.
You’ll have a keen eye for branding, layout, and typography, and an instinct for building templates that anticipate needs before they arise. Your workflow is proactive — while the rest of us are thinking about next week’s deadline, you’ve already designed the template that will make it shine.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce compelling, on-brand presentations for internal and client-facing work.
- Maintain expert-level file management to optimise performance without sacrificing quality.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain templates, ensuring consistency across all teams and projects.
- Implement advanced transitions, animations, and visual enhancements to elevate storytelling.
- Manage multiple briefs with tight deadlines, keeping a cool head and meticulous eye for detail.
- Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring ideas to life in presentation form.
What You Bring
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (including master templates, advanced animations, file optimisation).
- Strong graphic design sensibility and understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders with grace and accuracy.
- Proactive approach — you don’t just respond to needs, you anticipate them.
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment.
If you’re a presentation designer who treats every slide as a stage, every detail as a statement, and every deadline as an opportunity to shine, we’d love to meet you.

- A tree planted in your name each year you’re with us
- Cycle to Work scheme, showers, and styling stations
