Contract: 35-hour week Monday - Friday, working across three shifts: 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm. Saturdays 9am-12pm on a rotational basis.

Role Summary
Due to ongoing growth within the business and bringing together our 3 Dispensing Appliance Contactors we are expanding our team and there is the exciting opportunity to join the team as a Prescription Services Advisor.
The role involves processing prescriptions received daily, liaising with GP surgeries regarding any outstanding prescriptions and urgent requests from consumers.
Strong administration and communication skills are essential.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, has a love for processes along with a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do
    A summary of key areas of responsibility is as follows:
    To be proficient in all prescription policies, processes, and software
    To process all prescriptions and orders accurately and in line with the normal monthly ordering patterns
    To ensure all prescription are processed in line with despatch deadlines
    To work with GP surgeries to ensure prescriptions are received in good times and as per consumers requirements
    Deliver excellent customer service, treating every consumer equally and with dignity and respect
    To ensure all email correspondences are actioned as per company guidelines and within the agreed timescales
    To ensure the stock report is reviewed daily and consumers advised of any delay
    To ensure all calls are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner, with the aim of having first time resolution for all calls
    To proficiently promote Clinisupplies products in line with appliance usage guidelines
    To monitor customer feedback and report back to your line Manager
    To effectively deal with and log any complaints received taking accountability to ensure the resolution
    Ensure Data Protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times
    To comply with all company policies
    To be agile to the department needs, and work collaboratively with colleagues
    Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by management
Experience Required
    Previous experience in a process driven role
    Good literacy and numeracy to GCSE ‘O’ level
    Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
    Excellent organisation skills
    Ability to prioritise workload
    Good communication skills written and verbal
    Excellent telephone manner
    Excellent attention to detail
    Excellent data input and ability to analyze data
    Ability to use multiple systems at one time
    Can multi-task in a fast paced customer service environment
    Passion for Delivering Excellence in Customer Service
Desirable
    Has some experience of working in a medical or healthcare environment
    Has some experience of working in a busy Contact Centre environment
