*This is an all year round role- we are not a term time preschool*
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, however we can be flexible with the right candidate allowing half a day off per week (36 hours per week)
We are expanding our wonderful team!! We are looking for an experienced Level 3 practitioner to become a member of our welcoming and inclusive team. We are a small and friendly preschool with a homely feel.
You must be able to show initiative and creativity to encourage an environment where young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
A good knowledge of the EYFS is essential and you must have a childcare qualification such as NVQ/CACHE level 3 or higher.
Key responsibilities of this role are :
- To be a key person to a group of children
- To be proactive in the process of observations and activity planning to support and extend children's learning
- Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive the very highest standard of care, learning and play
- To be able to work as part of a team
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with parents
