We have an exciting opportunity to join our community pre-school in a brand new role as Office Administrator.
This key role oversees all financial and administrative operations while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing financial administration, processing funding applications, coordinating payroll and HR functions, leading administrative operations, serving as primary contact for parent enquiries and enrolments, maintaining policy compliance, and managing our marketing strategy to optimise occupancy.
Experience in financial administration and budget management is preferred, as is experience working in an educational setting. An accounting/bookkeeping qualification (AAT or equivalent) or early years qualification would also be advantageous though training can be provided.
