Job Overview
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Pot Wash / Kitchen Assistant's to join our team. Main responsibility will be to ensure all dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment are clean as well as machines and kitchen areas.
AM and PM shifts available.
The role is perfect for someone looking to start out a career in catering as the opportunity to lean kitchen preparation and food service is available.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen items (pots, pans, etc).
- Clean and sanitize all crockery and cutlery.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- As per cleaning schedule, clean ovens, stove surrounds, worktops, refrigerator and all equipment on a daily basis.
- Assist with waste disposal and organisation of cleaning supplies.
- Assist Front of house with clearing dishes.
