Plumber / Drainage Engineer – £30K–£35K – London
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing plumbing, drainage, and general maintenance issues?
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled professional to join our growing maintenance team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and can work independently or as part of a team — we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to plumbing callouts (leaks, blockages, burst pipes, etc.)
- Unblocking and repairing internal/external drainage systems
- Installing and repairing pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, and baths
- Using drainage equipment (rodding, jetting, etc. – training provided if needed)
- Carrying out general property maintenance and handyman tasks
- Keeping records of work completed and reporting issues as needed
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified or experienced plumber, drainage engineer or multi-skilled handyperson (min. 2 years’ experience)
- Confident diagnosing and solving plumbing/drainage issues
- Basic skills in general property maintenance (repairs, fittings, fault finding)
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Friendly, professional, and takes pride in a job well done
