Leak Detector / Plumber

We are a well-established and growing Property Management and Maintenance Company based in South West London, operating across the entire city. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Leak Detector / Plumber to join our Insurance Works department.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work as part of a close knit team delivering plumbing and leak detection services across both our managed properties and for external clients. No two days are the same, you’ll enjoy a wide range of tasks and problem-solving opportunities each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional leak detection using acoustic testing, tracer gas, thermal imaging, and other advanced methods
- Diagnose, repair, and help prevent plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
- Carry out general plumbing tasks as required
- Provide clear, written reports and communicate findings to clients and team members
- Ensure all work meets current health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with specific experience in leak detection
- Familiarity with a range of detection techniques and tools
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Must possess basic plumbing tools (support provided for additional items as needed)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day + 1 hour break
