Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in someone's day-to-day life? We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and upbeat Personal Assistant to support an individual living independently.
About the Role:
This is a flexible part-time role (14 hours/week), which can be arranged across 5 to 7 days depending on availability – perfect for someone who values flexibility and is happy to negotiate a working pattern that suits both sides.
Support Areas Include:
- Washing & dressing
- Light domestic duties (laundry, cleaning)
- Community access and outings
- Shopping assistance
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
About You:
- Experience: Basic cooking and care skills required. Previous care experience and knowledge of using a stand aid is preferred.
- Qualities: Upbeat personality, strong communication skills, dependable and punctual.
- Driving: Ability to drive is a bonus, but not essential.
- DBS: A DBS check is required for this role (paid for through funding).
